Technology Resources for Families

Hoover City Schools uses ParentSquare as its communication platform for families. District announcements, school updates, teacher messages, and important notifications are all available in one convenient place. Families are encouraged to review their notification settings and make sure the ParentSquare account is ready for the new school year.

View student information, including grades, attendance, schedules, and other academic records. Parents use an Access ID and Access Password provided by the school to create or connect their account.

Circool is used for school visitor check-ins, visitor badges, and events. Families should make sure their contact information in PowerSchool is up to date so their Circool account connects correctly.
